Documentation
How orders, auto-buy, your wallet and the prices on filled work. The short version is on How it works.
Source documentation snapshot. The capabilities below describe the original FILLED service; this local replica does not execute them.
Getting started
Sign in with Google or a Solana wallet. Either way you get a filled wallet : a Solana wallet made for you at sign-in, which holds your USDC and the cards you buy.
Add USDC with Deposit in the wallet panel. Holding SOL? Add it from your wallet app and it arrives as USDC.
Pick a card on Markets and set the most you'll pay for it.
You never need SOL: filled pays the network fees.
filled is an independent site built on Collector Crypt's marketplace. The cards, the vault and shipping are Collector Crypt's.
Limit orders
An order means: this card, at this grade, at or under this price. Choose Auto-buy (filled buys it for you) or Alert only (filled tells you, and you tap Buy).
Copies
An auto-buy order buys one copy. Set Copies (up to 50) and it buys each copy that lists at or under your price until it has that many, then stops.
Other grades or cards in one order
One order can cover up to 10 cards: other grades of the same card (PSA 9 or 10 under your price) or a list of different cards (any of these under your price). Press Other grades or cards in the same order on the order ticket to add them.
One max for all of them: a copy of any of them at or under it fills the order.
Copies count across them: an order for 2 copies stops after 2 buys, whichever cards they are. When two copies meet your price at once, the cheaper one goes first.
Your place in line is worked out card by card, the same way as for any order.
Under worth
Instead of a fixed price, an order can pay at most a set percentage under what the card sells for. On the order ticket choose Under worth , then how far under (1% to 90%) and the most it may ever pay ( Never above ).
What a card sells for is the median of its last 30 days of sales, with the outliers on its price chart left out, from at least 3 sales. It's worked out again every 5 minutes, and your order's price moves with it, never over your cap.
For example, 15% under a card that sells for $420 is $357. If its sales rise to $480, your price becomes $408.
A card with fewer than 3 sales in 30 days has nothing to price against, so the order pauses on that card and starts again when it sells. An order covering several cards prices each card against its own worth.
In the order book and the line, the order counts at its price right now.
Changing and cancelling
A card is in one of your open orders at a time. Placing again on a card updates the order that has it, and an order can't take a card that's in another of your orders: change or cancel that one first.
You can raise Copies on a live order, but not to or below what it has already bought.
Orders last 30 days. Cancel any time, free, from the card page, My orders, or the order list on Markets.
A copy you buy yourself with Buy counts toward your open order on that card (or the order that covers it), so you never end up with more than you asked for.
Place in line
When a copy lists, $FILLED holders' orders get it first, the higher the tier the sooner (see $FILLED holders ). Within a tier, and for everyone else, the order with the highest max gets it (an Under worth order at its price right now). At the same max, the order placed first gets it. Your place counts only the copies ahead of you whose wallets hold enough USDC to pay.
Which copies count
That exact card and grade (or each of an order's cards), listed on Collector Crypt or Magic Eden, passing our on-chain check (see Prices and data ). Auto-buy buys Collector Crypt listings. For a Magic Eden copy you get an alert with a link, because those are bought on Magic Eden.
Auto-buy
The first time you place an auto-buy order, you turn auto-buy on and set a budget. This lets filled's server sign buys for your filled wallet, so orders fill without a pop-up.
What filled signs: a Collector Crypt buy of a verified copy for one of your orders, at or under its max, and the fee transfer (none for holders on the free tier). Nothing else.
Budget: the most auto-buy spends, fees included. Buys you make yourself don't count. Setting a new budget starts it fresh.
When it can't buy (not enough USDC in your wallet, or over budget), you get an alert with one-tap Buy instead.
Turning it off on My orders removes filled's permission to sign for your wallet. Your auto-buy orders then alert you instead.
Alerts
You get an alert when a verified copy lists at or under an order's price (for alert-only orders, and for auto-buy orders that couldn't buy), and when an order fills. Each listing alerts you once at each price. They all collect on Alerts .
Push: turn it on on the Alerts page.
Callouts: when someone you follow calls a card, you get an alert that opens their callout. These come by push and on the Alerts page, not by email.
Deals ($FILLED holders): switch deal alerts on from the Deals tab or Alerts, and each new deal comes in with a Buy button. By push and on the Alerts page, not by email, at most one notification a minute.
Sounds: while filled is open, a sound plays when you set an order, when an alert comes in, and when an order fills. Turn them off under Sounds on Alerts or My orders.
iPhone: add filled to your Home Screen first (Share, then Add to Home Screen), open it from there, and turn alerts on.
Wallet apps' built-in browsers can't show alerts. Open filled in Safari or Chrome and sign in there.
Email alerts : switch them on in Alerts. They go to the address you signed in with (Google) or one you add there; Privy sends a code to check it. Every email has a one-click way to turn them off.
Buying
Buy , on a card's order book or on a listing alert, buys that copy now. The total shows before you confirm, and your filled wallet signs without a pop-up.
Quick buy , on Markets, buys the cheapest Collector Crypt copy in one press, with no confirm step. Hover it to see the total first.
Every buy moves your USDC and the card in the same transaction: no card, no payment.
If the listing sells or changes price first, the buy doesn't go through and nothing is charged.
What it costs
Orders, alerts and cancelling are free.
A buy through filled includes 1% of the card price, in the total you see before you confirm (Most you pay, on an order). Holding $FILLED lowers it, down to nothing: see $FILLED holders .
The fee is sent right after the buy lands, so a buy that fails never pays it. If that transfer doesn't go through, it's added to your next buy.
$FILLED holders
Holding $FILLED lowers your fee on every buy through filled. Hold 1M or more and your buys are free. From 100k , you also get Deals and the whole Top collectors list.
| You hold | Fee on a buy |
|---|---|
| Under 100k | 1% |
| 100k + | 0.5% |
| 500k + | 0.25% |
| 1M + | Free |
What counts: $FILLED in your filled wallet and in every wallet linked to your filled account. If you signed in with a wallet app, that wallet is linked already. Link more from your wallet drawer or your profile: your wallet signs a message, no transaction, and nothing leaves it.
Held for 24 hours: filled reads holdings every 15 minutes, and the lowest amount over the last 24 hours is the one that counts. A new amount lowers your fee once you've held it for 24 hours; selling raises it at once.
Where you see it: your wallet drawer and your profile show what you hold, what counts and your fee. Every checkout shows the fee at your rate before you confirm, and auto-buy uses your rate at the moment it buys.
Holders go first: when one listing matches several orders, holders get it, 1M + before 500k + before 100k +, whatever the others' max. Your place in line on My orders and the card page counts it.
Holder badge: your profile shows a $FILLED holder badge while your $FILLED counts for a tier. It never says how much. Hide it in your profile settings.
Unlink a wallet from the holder box on your profile. The wallet you sign in with stays linked unless you also sign in with Google, email or Apple.
Affiliates and callers earn the same on a holder's buy as on anyone else's.
The token: 8dBnKHwNYH3hz2fFTJczVwzBTpJFAMtc53k3uA4zpump . Check the address before you buy: copies use the same name. filled never asks you to send $FILLED anywhere.
Deals
A Markets tab for $FILLED holders ( 100k +, counted the same way as for fees): verified Collector Crypt copies listed well under what that exact card and grade has been selling for. Each has Quick buy and Order, like any Markets row.
Selling for: the median of the card's sales over the last 30 days, from at least 3 sales, with the sales the price chart marks as outliers left out. It's the same number the card page and Portfolio use.
A deal: the card's cheapest verified copy, at least 20% and at least $5 under that. If 3 or more copies are listed that low, the price has moved rather than one copy being cheap, so it isn't shown.
When: a new listing is checked within seconds of landing on chain; prices are worked out again every 5 minutes.
Alerts: switch deal alerts on and each new deal shows on Alerts and by push, at most one notification a minute (several fold into one).
Everyone else sees how many deals there are right now. Anyone can let the deal sniper buy them.
Deal sniper
On the Deals tab, for everyone signed in: switch it on and filled buys new deals for you from your auto-buy budget. You pick how far under what the card sells for (25% or more), the most per card, and how many a day. $FILLED holders' snipers go first in line (the higher the tier, the sooner), then whoever switched theirs on first.
Which cards: stricter than the Deals list. The price a card sells for has to rest on at least 5 sales in the last 30 days, bought by at least 3 different wallets from at least 3 different sellers, with the price chart's outliers left out. That keeps a few sales between related wallets from making a card look cheap.
Which copies: at least 25% and at least $5 under that price, and also 25% under the middle of its last 3 sales, so a card whose price is falling isn't bought on last month's number. It has to be the only copy listed that low.
Yours: at or under your own % and your max per card, within your cards a day (a rolling 24 hours), never a card you bought on filled in the last 30 days, never a card you have an open order for (your own max for it stands), and never your own listing.
When: new deals only, the moment they list or drop to a deal price. A deal already up when you switch it on is left alone. Auto-buy orders for that exact card get the copy before any sniper.
Paying: each snipe is an auto-buy at the listed price plus your fee, counted against your auto-buy budget. If your wallet or budget is short, the next sniper in line gets it, and the miss shows on the Deals tab with why.
Sets
Every card of a set that has been on Collector Crypt, on one page, with what each costs now. Signed in, you see which you own and can order the rest in one click. Open a set from a card page (its set name) or from Portfolio's Your sets.
A set: named the way PSA names it, and a card is placed by its PSA copies. A copy from any grader counts toward it, so a CGC Crobat counts for Destined Rivals. Cards graded only by CGC or Beckett on Collector Crypt aren't in sets yet. Sets with 1st Edition cards (Base Set, Jungle, Fossil and so on) are split into 1st Edition, Shadowless and Unlimited.
The list: the cards of the set that have been on Collector Crypt, not the printed checklist.
Yours: any copy, any grade, in your filled wallet or a wallet you linked. Listed cards still count, because a listing stays in your wallet until it sells.
Complete the set: an order for each card you're missing, all ticked to start, up to 25 at a time. Any grade, 9 and up, or 10s. A card that sells often is ordered at what it sells for: 1% under, each grade up to its own price (a worth-priced order ). A card that sells rarely is ordered at its last sale. A card with no recent sale gets no order, so you set your own price on its page. Cards already in one of your orders are left alone.
Buying: with auto-buy on, copies listed at or under their price buy right away and the rest buy as they list, from your auto-buy budget. With it off, the orders alert you with a one-tap Buy.
Top collectors
On Wallets , and at the top of Leaderboards : the wallets that bought furthest under what they later sold for, over the last 30 days, each one a tap to track. $FILLED holders see the whole list; everyone else sees the top 3.
A flip: a wallet bought a copy, and the next sale of that copy was the same wallet selling it.
Made: the sale, less Collector Crypt's 2%, less what it paid. Return is what it made over what it paid.
Left out: sales the price chart marks as outliers, a copy sold straight back to the wallet it came from, and resales over 3 times the buy (on Collector Crypt that's almost always a $10 card "sold" for $500 between related wallets).
Who's on it: every wallet with 3 or more flips that made money, so the list grows and shrinks with the market. It updates every 30 minutes, from public on-chain sales. A filled profile name shows only for people who chose to show their buys.
Selling
A card in your filled wallet shows its best bid in Portfolio . Accept sells it into that bid on Collector Crypt.
Which bids: bids on that exact slab, with the money already in the bidder's escrow. Bids without the money behind them aren't shown.
What it costs: Collector Crypt takes 2% from the seller. filled's fee is your holder rate (1% below 100k $FILLED), sent right after the sale lands. Network fees are free. The sheet shows what you receive before you press.
New bids: when a higher bid lands on a card in your filled wallet, you get an alert, by push and by email if you have it on.
Listed on Collector Crypt? Accept anyway: the listing comes down and the bid is accepted in one step, in one transaction, so you never end up with one without the other. Portfolio marks a card you have listed.
Smart bids
One price, offered on up to 25 copies of a card at once. The first holder to accept sells you their copy, and filled cancels the other offers.
One deposit: your price moves from your filled wallet into your own Collector Crypt escrow once and backs every offer. My orders and your wallet drawer show what's held there.
Which copies: copies someone else holds where your price is at least 10% of the copy's insured value (Collector Crypt's minimum), the most recently traded first.
Needs auto-buy on: filled cancels the leftover offers for you the moment one fills, even when you're away, with the same signer as auto-buy.
Limits: from $5, up to 3 open at once, for 7, 30 or 90 days. Copies scale with your price: one per $2, so 25 from $50. When one ends, filled cancels its offers and the money comes back to your filled wallet.
Cancel any time from My orders: every offer is cancelled and the money comes back.
Fees: filled's fee is your holder rate, only if it fills, added to your next buy or sale. Network fees and the offers' rent are on filled.
With one smart bid open, your escrow holds exactly its price, so a second holder can't sell into it. With more than one open, two holders accepting the same bid in the same few seconds can both go through (the second using another bid's money) before filled cancels the rest.
Your wallet
Deposit
Send USDC on Solana to your filled wallet's address (Deposit shows it, with a QR code). It shows up in a few seconds. Only send USDC on Solana: other tokens, or USDC on another network, can be lost.
Or add from a wallet app like Phantom or Solflare: connect it in Deposit, then send USDC, or SOL. SOL is swapped to USDC on the way by Jupiter and arrives in your filled wallet as USDC, since buys on filled are in USDC. Deposit shows what it arrives as before you confirm. The swap gets that price or at most 0.5% less; if the price moves further, nothing is swapped and only the network fee is spent. Your wallet app pays the network fee, so keep 0.01 SOL in it. The smallest SOL deposit is 0.01 SOL.
Withdraw
Send USDC to any Solana wallet that already holds USDC, or paste a USDC account address. filled pays the network fee. You can withdraw up to 10 times an hour.
Send $FILLED
$FILLED in your filled wallet shows in your wallet drawer with Send : it goes to any Solana wallet that already holds $FILLED. filled pays the network fee. $FILLED in a wallet you linked stays there and counts for your fee from there, so you never need to move it.
Send to Collector Crypt
Move a card you bought through filled to the wallet on your Collector Crypt profile, to ship it home or list it there. Each card can be sent once from filled. filled shows how many cards Collector Crypt sees in that wallet, so you can check it's yours. Sends can't be undone.
Portfolio
Portfolio lists every card you bought through filled: what you paid, what it's worth now, where it is, and your history. Worth now is the median of that card's sales over the last 30 days when there are 3 or more, else its last sale, else its lowest listing.
Wallet pages : paste any Solana wallet address into search, or click a buyer or seller on a card page. Activity shows what it bought, sold and listed (price changes and delistings too); Holding shows every Collector Crypt card it holds, what each is worth now, and what it has listed (with Quick buy). All public on-chain data.
Wallet tracking : press ☆ Track wallet on any wallet page, or paste an address on Wallets . That page lists the wallets you track (their live listings, trades this week, last activity) and one feed of what they all did. When a wallet you track lists, buys or sells a card, you get an alert (on Alerts, and by push where it's on); a burst from one wallet comes as one notification. Each wallet's bell turns its alerts off or back on. Up to 50 wallets.
Watchlist : star ☆ any card on Markets or on its page to watch it, no price needed. Markets' Watchlist tab lists them all, and a new lowest price on one sends an alert (at most once an hour per card; switch these off in Alerts).
Profiles
Set up your profile from the wallet drawer: a name (3 to 20 letters, numbers or underscores, one per person), a short bio, and your X account. It lives at filled.cards/u/yourname.
X account: Connect X signs in to X to prove the account is yours, then your @handle and picture show on your profile. Bios can't hold links, emails or @handles, so a handle on filled is always a connected one.
Show my buys (off until you turn it on): your name shows next to your buys on card pages, on Markets' Bought on filled and on the images your shared fills make, the cards you bought through filled show on your profile, and your wallet's page shows your profile. Your name is then linked to your filled wallet, which anyone can look up on-chain.
Find someone by wallet: with Show my buys on, a filled wallet's page shows its owner's profile, and filled.cards/u/ followed by the wallet address opens it.
Changing your name frees the old one, so links with it stop working.
Your profile never shows your wallet address. Some names are reserved, and filled can hide a profile that breaks these rules.
Callouts
A callout is a card at your price, posted under your profile name. Press Call it on any card page, set your price, and add a note if you like (160 characters, no links or @handles).
Who sees it: everyone, on the Callouts tab in Markets, on your profile, on the card's page and on the callout's own page. People who follow you get an alert.
Buying from one: a live callout offers the cheapest verified Collector Crypt copy at or under its price, never one the caller is selling. When none is listed, place an order at the callout's price and it fills the moment one lists.
How long: a callout is live for 7 days, and you can end yours sooner. One live callout per card, up to 10 a day.
Proof: with Show my buys on, your callouts show when you bought the card through filled, still hold it, or have an order open on it.
Earning: buys made through your callout earn you a share of filled's fee, on top of any referral. A buy counts when it's made from the callout (its page, its alert, the Callouts tab or a shared link) or by an order placed from it, and buys and orders of that card within a day of opening a callout count for it too. Your own buys never count, nor do buys of your own listings. To start earning, connect X and buy one card through filled. What your callouts earned shows on your profile, only to you, and filled pays it out.
Following: press Follow on someone's profile to get their callouts as alerts. The Following feed on the Callouts tab shows their live ones.
Leaderboards
Four boards on Leaderboards , open to everyone. Top callers, Biggest fills and Most followed show filled profiles by name, never a wallet address, and a hidden profile is on none of them.
Top callers: who had the most callouts someone else bought through in the last 30 days. A tie goes to whoever had more bought through their callouts. A caller's own buys, and buys of their own copies, never count.
Biggest fills: the priciest buys through filled in the last 30 days, from people who show their buys on their profile. Switch Show my buys off and yours come off the board.
Most followed: who has the most followers right now.
Top collectors: the top of the Top collectors list. $FILLED holders see the top ten here and the whole list on Wallets; everyone else sees the top 3.
The first three boards refresh every minute.
Affiliates
Affiliates share a link, filled.cards/r/ followed by their profile name, and earn a share of filled's fee on every card the people they bring buy. Apply on Affiliates ; filled approves affiliates by hand.
Who counts: someone who opens an affiliate's link and signs up within 30 days, on that browser. An account counts only before its first buy, and only once: a later link never changes it. Your own account never counts.
Joined through a link: part of every fee you pay comes back to you. Your wallet drawer shows how much, and filled pays it out in USDC to your filled wallet. Nothing changes at checkout.
Earnings: an affiliate's link and numbers (sign-ups, buyers, earned) show on their profile, only to them. filled pays out by hand, in USDC to the filled wallet.
Changing your name changes your link; the old one stops working. People who already joined stay yours.
filled can end an affiliate who games it. Their link stops working and nothing more is earned from then on, by them or by the people they brought.
Prices and data
Verified listings
Every listing shown is checked on the chain: it still exists at that price, and the seller still holds the card. Listings that fail are hidden. A Collector Crypt bid counts only with USDC behind it, so unbacked bids are hidden too.
Each Collector Crypt bid is on one copy, and only that copy's owner can accept it, so a bid can sit above another copy's listing. One escrow backs all of a bidder's bids at once, so the order book's backed figure counts it once across all of them: a bidder with $1,000 in escrow behind $100,000 of bids backs each bid at 1% of its price.
Price estimate
Each day's estimate is the median of that card's sales in the 14 days before it, reaching back for at least 3 sales but never more than 30 days. The shaded band is the middle 70% of those sales.
A sale fades, and is left out of the estimate, when it was paid with Collector Crypt credits at over 3x what copies sold for in cash around then, when other copies were bought from listings for under a third of its price around then, or when most sales around it are more than 3x away from it. Faded sales stay in the list with the reason. They're left out of a card's Last sale and 90-day range too, and out of Last sale and Biggest sales on Markets.
The panel opens on the list of sales; Chart shows the estimate. 30D and 90D set the range.
From packs
Pack data is read from the public blockchain: Collector Crypt's own pull and sell-back transactions.
From packs, 7 days on a card page, for example 5 pulls · 3 sold back : times a copy of this card came out of a Collector Crypt pack in the last 7 days, and how many of those were sold back to Collector Crypt . A copy that came out twice counts twice. It shows when at least one came out. When filled's count doesn't reach back the whole 7 days (it began counting less than 7 days ago, or missed a stretch), it says since when: From packs, since 5 Oct .
Fresh pull · 41 h left under a listing's price in a card's order book: that copy came out of a Collector Crypt pack in the last 72 hours and wasn't sold back. Collector Crypt buys a pulled card back for 72 hours after the pull. 41 h left is how long until those 72 hours end. The order book leaves the seller out on that row.
Markets tabs
Trending: most sales in the last 7 days.
Newly listed: newest listings first, with how long ago.
Most wanted: most bids with USDC behind them.
Biggest sales: the biggest single sale in the last 7 days, faded sales left out.
Bought on filled: every card bought through filled, newest first, and whether an auto-buy order, a smart bid or a Buy press got it. No wallet is shown. A buyer's name shows only if they show their buys on their profile.
Safety
Your filled wallet's keys are kept by Privy, the wallet service filled uses, not by filled.
With auto-buy on, filled can sign only the buys described in Auto-buy , within your budget. Turn it off any time.
Only listings that pass the on-chain check are bought or shown.
Your USDC stays in your filled wallet until a card is bought for you.
Troubleshooting
"That listing is gone" : it sold or was delisted before your buy. Nothing was charged.
"Not enough USDC" : the total (card plus fee) is more than your filled wallet holds. Deposit and try again.
Auto-buy didn't buy : check your wallet has the USDC and your budget has room. You got an alert with Buy instead.
No push alerts : see Alerts for iPhone and wallet-app browsers.
"That wallet has no USDC account yet" : filled only withdraws to wallets that already hold USDC.
"You can withdraw up to 10 times an hour" : wait a while and try again.
Coming next
Flexible orders, leaderboards and one-step accept have shipped: see Limit orders , Leaderboards and Selling . What comes next is announced on @filledcards first.
